The staff were Japanese and they were nice.

Although it is not a new facility, there are no particular negative points.

The hospitality of all the staff is wonderful. The starry sky was also beautiful.

The building itself is not new, so it doesn't have a modern feel.

All the staff members were attentive and considerate. The food, including dishes made with plenty of fresh vegetables, brings out the flavors of the ingredients and is very delicious. It is well kept and very clean. Spectacular views of Mt. Yatsugatake can be seen from all guest rooms, and if the weather is good, you can see a starry sky at night. A starry night tour led by a star sommelier is fun.
